The Training Coordinator will report to the Sr. Manager, GYN Surgical Marketing & Sales Training and support new hire training for our Surgical Sales Team as well as other sales training activities. This role will primarily focus on logistics and operations but will have an opportunity to help facilitate skills practice activities during new hire training, mid-year meetings and the National Sales Meeting. Additionally, as we add new products to our portfolio, this person will help assist in the development and roll out of training material on new products, as well as new selling skills that a broader portfolio warrants.
Essential duties include:
• Schedule new hire sales training agendas, coordinate presenters, materials and schedules, and organization and assembly of course materials.
• Support agenda creation and maintenance, and coordination of materials for all meetings.
• Manage the onboarding process, specific to our training, for new hires and organizing field sales coaches.
• Assist with the quality assurance of Sales Training created documents, (Agile process), presentations, HUB, Shared drive and PO process.
• Work with travel to coordinate lodging and transportation for classes.
• Conduct meetings with new hires to onboard and orient them to Surgical and the learning process.
• Send email communication to Sales Leadership Team and Field Salesforce to update them on key trainings, learning, and development.
• Assist in quarterly and annual budget planning meetings, manage invoices, track purchase orders, and liaison with Accounts Payable.
• Act as the administrator for the Hologic Learning Edge, our Learning Management System.

• Proactive approach to updating training material and course activities, new hire materials following new product launches.
• Work closely with sales training team to create materials, agendas, update action plans and organize sales materials.
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Coordinating learning / training programs or equivalent work experience preferred.
