Description
We are now accepting resumes for our Business Analyst position in our Enterprise Mortgage Landing Strategic Initiatives and Development department. This position can be located in either Texas, Utah or Colorado. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
• Review, analyze and evaluate business processes, procedures and user needs
• Receive any complaints related to EML, research root cause, document findings, and follow-through to resolution
• Review and report survey results to management. Develop new surveys or refine existing surveys as needed
• Coordinate and implement process improvements to address gaps or issues identified in complaints or surveys
• Provide data analysis to support, compile and report key information for operations and business objectives
• Process Improvement –Consumer Connect / WebCenter – administrate Consumer Connect for all affiliate banks
• Mortgage Returns – administrate Mortgage Returns (Encompass CRM) for all affiliate banks
• Communication – write effective communication regarding complaints and surveys. Present findings effectively to management. Support team if needed on writing communications and procedures.
• Perform and participate in the analysis, design and implementation of business processes and procedures following appropriate standards
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
• Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
• Produce, publish and distribute operational reports relating to the development and performance of products and processes
• Conducts tests or test planning sessions, provides input for feasibility and prepares user documentation and follow-up evaluation
• Act as a liaison with various departments, management and staff to resolve problems and improve processes and procedures
• Perform project management leadership functions as a project manager or team member
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Requires a Bachelor's business, finance or a related field and some experience in business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements or other directly related experience
• Working knowledge of EML specific processes and procedures or mortgage operations.
• Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and/or process improvement recommendations
• Some experience with project methodology
• A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
• Basic knowledge of business processes analysis, business workflow and process improvement recommendations
• Basic knowledge of project techniques and practices
• Knowledge of department specific processes, computer or systems applications or other knowledge skills or abilities may apply
• Ability to solve problems including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Requires solid analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solution skills.
• Solid presentation and technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to create reports
• Experience creating and delivering group presentation
• Ability to function in a consultative role
• Requires solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.
• Working knowledge of various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
• Working knowledge of Encompass 360 (nice to have / not required)
