What this job involves
Connecting talent with our opportunities
As a Sourcer with our Talent Acquisitions team, you’ll help internal talent grow with us by connecting them with new opportunities. Utilizing your network and sourcing databases, you can assist external candidates in taking their careers further by helping them explore our world of possibilities. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR Partners to fully understand their needs and successfully provide them new leads.
Being a team player
You’ll support a team of recruiters to provide high quality candidates at lightning speed to hiring managers while providing consistent updates to the recruiters you support of your progress. Your role is a pillar in making your team a success.
Championing an inclusive environment
You’ll be skilful at marketing our attributes to candidates; encouraging candidates with diverse skillsets and perspectives to join our team. You’ll convey our brand, values and culture in every connection; expressing your passion in a compelling story to passive candidates.
Being deft and unique
You’ll use your knowledge and resourcefulness to gain the competitive edge. Conducting research on new trends that may influence recruiting will keep you and the team one step ahead. You’ll be the go-to for innovative strategies of finding high quality talent at nominal costs.

Proficient
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly preferred, and you’ll need 2 or more years of experience as a research analyst or a talent researcher from an executive search firm or talent agency.
Connected
Creating strong relationships in a short amount of time is an invaluable ability needed to flourish in this position. Both verbal and written communication skills are vital, and, of course you’ll be good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization. Being naturally inquisitive will be useful in establishing relationships on cold calls.
Tech Savvy
The talent acquisition industry is consistently changing with technology. You’ll need to make technology work to your advantage. Staying abreast of the latest applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms will support you in sourcing top talent. Thorough knowledge of web based recruitment strategies is desired.
Reputable
You’ll have an eye for detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You’ll have a proven track record of results as we’ll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you’ll want to work as part of a diverse supportive and talented team.
