The incumbent is responsible for the coordination and implementation of sales programs developed by Wealth Management. He/She plans and attends special events (seminars, receptions) and client programs (individual or firm presentations) and may attend community functions on behalf of Wealth Management. He/She will direct the work of two or more full time employees who report to this position; to ensure the consistent high quality and compliant production of new account documentations as well as presentations to clients throughout the Region. Assists in the preparation of the marketing budget for the Region, maintains various records and provides data and management reports to various departments. Incumbent provides support for internal channel marketing within the region and may be responsible for the centralized coordination of analysis and new account processing for all sales offices in the Region. Incumbent serves as a common point of interface and liaison for sales and services to ensure new accounts are processed timely and documented correctly and completely.
Qualifications
He/She will have a BA/BS in business or related discipline (or related experience). 5 years of financial industry experience with direct knowledge of business lines to be supported, with 3+ years of supervisory experience. Strong analytical and communication (oral/written) skills. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Onyx. Minimum Education BA/BS in related discipline Minimum Experience 5 years of financial industry experience with direct knowledge of business lines to be supported, with 3+ years of supervisory experience. Minimum Language Skills English
