For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Polandwhich is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
Deputy Team Leader
in Cash Monitoring Team
Main tasks:
• Active participation in BAU
• Ensuring a high quality of the operations
• Supporting Team Leader in the recruitment process of team members
• Supporting Team Leader in yearly appraisals process with employees
• Providing support for new comers to adapt to the BP2S environment
• Overall provide leadership to the team Ensure that the workload is equitably balanced in the team
• Supporting Team Leader and in some events lead team meetings on subjects such as information update, organisational issues etc.
• Deal with any unexpected issues such as system failure, supplier error etc
• Daily controls of the performed work of other team members (acting as control plan)
• Ensuring the timely delivery of KPIs to legacy location and KPIs & KRIs for IOC management, and any other documentation for ORPC, Compliance, higher management and others
• Monitoring of the group e-mail box
• Taking part in meetings and maintain communication with management in legacy location, internal and external clients
• Supporting Team Leader in maintaining up to date BCP, BIA and SLA documentation
• Take part in organising trainings for the team
• Resolve any misunderstandings w/in the team and/or with the client
• Ensure operational procedures are kept up to date
• Escalation of problems, system failures etc. to TL, Manager or Head of DFS, or relevant legacy location(s)
• Coaching, motivating and training of new and existing cash controllers
• Cooperation with other teams in BP2S (ex. GDM, Engineering teams etc) in relation to process automation and safety
Skills required:
• Deep knowledge about cash monitoring process
• Good understanding of funds industry
• Client focused- able to build productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent English
• Excellent organizational skills
• High productivity and precision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, impeccable manners
