Description
SUMMARY
A position supporting the Firm Billing process by updating data changes, assisting processing renewals, doing dues clean up, and any other additional tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage large Excel files of data
• Update firm roster changes from Excel to the internal database
• Assist with dues invoice clean ups in the system
• Identify any trends or issues with firm bills or dues invoices which would impact the institute
• Support the Firm Billing team as needed
TRAINING
• New hires will complete a training program covering the following topics:
◦ Internal systems
◦ Department processes
◦ Dues Process
◦ AICPA membership, products and services
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• None
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
• Able to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in large data sets
• Keen problem-solving
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
• Clear, effective and professional communication orally and in writing
• Technical adeptness and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Dedication to providing high-quality, professional customer service
• Punctuality and effective time management
EDUCATION REQUIRED
• High school diploma with some college
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILLS PREFERRED
• Bachelor’s degree
• Intermediate Excel Knowledge, Expert Preferred
• 1 or more years of previous customer service or sales experience
• Building relationships
