We are currently looking for a Brokerage Coordinator to join the Brokerage Operations Team and support a team of suburban brokers in New England. This position is responsible for providing daily project management, marketing, administrative and operational support to a team of sales brokers. We are looking for a person who can prioritize projects in order to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In addition, this person will serve as a team lead to Brokerage Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational and administrative support to a team of sales brokers
• Create marketing materials including tour books, client maps, fact sheets, placemats and client presentations.
• Create client presentations, market overviews, placemats, banners and other new business deliverables for new business pitch meetings.
• Provide support to broker’s real estate transactions through editing proposals and agreements, updating reports and creating excel matrixes.
• Partner with Research to update market intel for the brokers and their clients
• Support sales professionals with real estate transaction activity; edit RFP’s, proposals, activity reports, transaction maps, building comparables, etc.
• Partner with Marketing on the production of large portfolio proposals
• Organize and schedule team sales meetings
• Develop teams outreach initiatives (events, social media, branding, etc.)
• Provide administrative support to the business and revenue generation for sales team
• Team lead to Brokerage Assistants

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Workplace experience, minimum of 3-5 years – real estate background is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office product knowledge
• Working knowledge of various graphic software programs such as InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator.
