HR Internship Opportunities Could Include:
HR Operations
• Partner with our HR Operations team to build out a best in class Employee Relations function
• Develop skills in Employee Relations including compliance, performance, training and turnover
• Leverage process and top HR technology that enable self-service and increased productivity
• Analyze data to provide business insights
• Deliver improved outcomes through people program effectiveness
Total Rewards Office
• Leverage data systems and progressive statistical modeling to conduct trend and predictive analysis on internal and external pay practices.
• Engage in associated research; prepare white paper briefs on findings and trends
• Manage the collection, distribution and version control of all related files
• Collaborate with Total Rewards and other HR teams to ensure alignment and scalability of new initiatives
• Develop metrics, reporting mechanisms, and cyclical routines to assess the effectiveness of new programs
Requirements
• Highly motivated to succeed, fast learner, team player with positive attitude
• High level of integrity, professional attitude, reliability and dependability
• Strong analytical, structured problem solving and decision making abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to understand the big picture while paying attention to detail
• Advanced level of proficiency with Excel statistical modeling and data analysis
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with majors in or relating to HR Management
