Assist borrowers who are in and active bankruptcy or have been involved in Bankruptcy proceedings via phone.
Specific Duties:
• Handle inbound calls from customers and other departments within specified department guidelines
• Determine and anticipate caller’s needs, research the inquiry or complaint and resolve the issue by by answering questions on the first contact. First call resolution is required.
• Prepare outgoing correspondence such as folding and stuffing envelopes
Job Requirements:
Education:
• Post high school education preferred
• General knowledge of bankruptcy laws and continually keeping updated on laws and regulations
Experience:
• Maintain high performance and accuracy in a fast paced, stressful environment
• Good numeric aptitude and analytical skills
• Self-starter; able to work in fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
Skills:
• PC knowledge (Excel)
• Typing WPM minimum: 35

• Ability to be accountable and adhere to attendance guidelines
• Communicate positively and patiently with Co-workers and Borrowers
• Practice s clear and professional oral/written communication skills Process Responsibilities in a detailed and organized manner
Conditions of Work:
• Office setting
• Ability to remain on the phone for long periods of time
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Use of a computer for long periods of time, including typing and viewing monitor
• Based on current business needs, overtime may be required.
