The Credit Services Commercial Representative II provides technical and operational support to Commercial Banking business partners and its client lending relationships. Resolves a variety of complex lending problems (i.e., reconstruction of errant account transactions, loan activity discrepancies, multiple entity account linkages, controlled lending, risk mitigation, client servicing, loan systems, and Web-Based applications, etc.) and applies to multiple BOKF banks, often under difficult and/or stressful circumstances. The position must maintain high level of control and professionalism while objectively dealing with relationship requests.
This position will resolves daily operations problems with guidance from seasoned/senior leadership. Representatives directly support and work with the various departments in the Credit Services Division, Relationship Managers, Commercial Training, Clients, and / or Consumer’s. Incumbent must be knowledgeable of and able to navigate through Fidelity, LaserPro, Workflow Image Technology applications, numerous third party websites and jurisdiction websites nationwide; applications. Normally operates independently, although supervisory resources are available. Will use available resources for problem resolution, which may involve analysis of information applicable to commercial lending products, payments, address changes, account research, risk mitigation, state/federal rules, while complying with Bank and regulatory guidelines.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manages small to large corporate relationships. Interprets and resolves operational and technical issues regarding all Loan products and servicing needs that are supported on numerous delivery systems. Responds to all customers within three rings and updates the customer on the status of all issues on a same day basis; works with Credit Services Division, external / internal resources in troubleshooting problems/streamlining operating procedures; establishes relationships with Relationship Managers applicable to commercial accounts, trains business partners on commercial products and technology/applications usage, serves as primary contact for affiliate bank partners, clients, and consumers and remains knowledgeable regarding the department processes and workflows that support lending products and client accounts.
2. Works with Training Consultants and Relationship Managers to ensure that client accounts are set-up properly; and client needs and expectations are met to ensure revenue-generating divisions are providing a competitive advantage to strengthen and maintain client relationships. Coordinates business / training communications for the Commercial Relationship Managers.
3. Identifies cross sale opportunities with existing customers regarding all cash management/DDA products; raises customer awareness of alternative products offered by Corporate Services which would benefit their organization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
• Thorough knowledge of product delivery, systems and on-line computer systems
• Thorough knowledge of banking and lending products
• Working knowledge of client / business partner management
• Working knowledge of Bank operations
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under frequently changing conditions in a competent and professional manner
• Excellent PC and software application skills; WordPerfect/Quattro Pro or similar software packages

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associates degree along with 3 to 5 years of experience in a bank operations/customer service function or 6-8 years equivalent experience in a bank operations/customer service function.
