Description
Participates as a member of the HR Leadership Team in setting the direction and taking accountability for the growth and human capital development throughout the organization.
Manages the day to day HR Functions by liaising with HR Leadership to implement policies and programs as required by the organization.
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Drives organizational re-design in anticipation of evolution in the business as a result of changing client expectations and requirements.
Ensures compliance with local HR regulatory requirements and employee standards.
Administers large, complex, HR-related projects or initiatives that have a significant impact on the geography or corporate function; Identifies project objectives, develops project plans, manages project budgets, timelines and resources.
Establishes year-end processes by partnering with the business and the Total Rewards COE; evaluates analytics including performance, merit and bonus distributions.
Collaborates with Talent Management and leads the annual talent review and strategic succession planning process for client groups.
Collaborates with Employee Relations and manages complex and challenging employee relations issues.
Supervises and has full people management responsibility for direct reports.
