The Fidelity Institutional (FI) Finance organization is seeking a successful Financial Analyst III candidate to provide financial support to the Client Experience (CE) business unit. CE drives the service strategy for clients of Fidelity Clearing & Custody Solutions (FCCS), which includes banks and broker dealers in the clearing space and registered investment advisors (RIA), professional asset managers, strategic acquirers, and retirement advisors and administrators in the custody space.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum of 3-5 years of career experience, preferably in a Financial Analyst role.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, exhibit relationship building skills and possess proven project management capability. The ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility will be critical. This position will support projects of various scope and complexity, and be responsible for managing and/or contributing to them effectively.

The Value You Deliver
• Work with business partners to drive improved business analytics and analysis, both financial and operational in nature.
• Partner with CE Management on key programs, and initiatives that drive cost effectiveness across the organization
• Develop and deliver presentations and recommendations for senior level management and help guide effective decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and business partners to analyze business opportunities, develop functional plans and establish/measure key business drivers and performance measures.
• Develop operational and multi-year business plan support and modeling
• Business case development and analysis
How Your Work Impacts the Organization
As a member of the Distribution FI Finance team, this individual will report directly to the VP, Finance and be a critical component of a team providing Strategic support and analysis, financial planning and reporting and development of operating and performance metrics for the Fidelity Institutional’s Client Experience Organization.
