The Unsecured Lending Analytics and Pricing Manager is responsible for the pricing, strategy development, and analytics of the bank’s unsecured lending business.
Major Responsibilities:
• Partner with Finance on P&L and planning and work with credit risk on underwriting criteria.
• Responsible for maintaining adequate return of lending.
• Oversee pricing framework and revenue generation by providing business insight through analytics and developing pricing strategy that is competitive within the marketplace.
• Monitor and evaluate all marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for planning and implementing both long and short-range strategic plans and initiatives.
• Provide leadership, advice, and guidance to managers relative to unsecured lending.
• Take a leadership role on various executive committees and task forces.
• Work closely with other executives and senior managers to facilitate problem solving.
• Must be able to report to management the significance and impact of the information and make proactive recommendations based on analysis.
Qualifications
Education, Licensure, Year of Experience, and Type of Work Experience
• 7+ years’ experience in personal lending.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategies within a retail bank environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, operations research, or a similar field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of unsecured lending and the environmental conditions in areas where the Bank does business.
• Proficient in all Bank products and services and alternative delivery channels within a retail bank.
• Ability to make decisions independently and obtain maximum staff performance.
