Description
• Provide the delivery of world class customer service and trading experience to our equity, fixed income, and mutual fund clients.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution to all customer requests and inquiries.
• With emphasis on teamwork, assist account managers, Financial Consultants and department managers with various sales and service related requests.
Qualifications
• Financial services background preferred
• Experience in a call center/trading environment
• FINRA Licenses 7 & 63 required or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Problem solving
• Multi-tasking
• Team player
• Willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule M-F
