Job Description
The E-mail Channel Manager will be accountable for driving and sharing e-mail best practices across the organization, developing standardized reporting and analytics, driving innovations and defining process. This role will be critical in liaising with Targeted Marketing team to ensure alignment in aforementioned responsibilities. The E-mail Channel Manager will help ensure that our e-mail program is enhanced and brought up to best-in-class levels while governing process adherence and maintaining tight controls to maximize the effectiveness of our efforts while managing the risk.
Job Requirements
--Drives Channel best practices and responsible for educating team
--Drives channel level results/analytics/reporting in conjunction
--Drives channel innovation agenda and stays abreast of industry developments
--Develops & delivers on email channel advancements & innovation road map (e.g. extensive personalization. dynamic content, email-embedded video, email prospecting operating model & testing, microsegment targeting, etc.)
--Drives and iterates on channel level process definition and is responsible for procedure management (timelines, approval steps, etc.)
--Manages channel partners and vendors
--Responsible for development of an integrated multi-channel digital communication strategy that leverages email in a coordinated way with targeted digital, social, mobile text messages, and mobile app push messages
--Manages and oversees E-mailable Customer Universe. Builds and maintains e-mail calendar, monitors campaign overlap, and proactively manages to resolve conflicts
--Monitors the health of the email channel. Requests insights, analytics, data, provides recommendations.
--Presents channel performance and KPIs to executives on regular basis
--Develops an annual test and learning agenda and manage the process
--Manages and oversees governance and scorecard for E-mail agency, ensures all agreements scopes of work are compliant
--Evolve the E-mail Marketing operating model
--Develop relationship with control partners and adhere to requirements and process set forward
