Qualifications
This position must also be able to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers to assist in complete understanding of the needs and processes of the service or products provided. This position will routinely work with and interact with high level Business Leaders, Legal staff and various SVB support teams during their collection of information necessary to support a sourcing project to include the contract creation and negotiation process.
• Program management - role should interface with Accenture to improve overall sourcing process (e.g. integrating security criteria into RFP)
• This individual must have foundational financial analysis (e.g. create spend baselines, calculate savings)
• Demonstrated process improvement in previous experience is needed.
• Ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external parties and multiple contracts with little supervision
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills are a must.
• This individual must be able to demonstrate 3-5 years of effective communication skills
• Individual is required to consistently adapt to a changing environment
• Efficient and effective ability to manage a program while owning individual projects
• Individual must be able to work well with others and show the ability to foster and maintain relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or relevant work experience
• Paralegal experience a plus
• 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience with Sourcing and Category Management
• 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience with Contracts as a Paralegal and/or Contract Specialist.
