Program Administrator, Vice President
Job Summary:
As Vice President of the Portfolio Management team, provide portfolio management services for the Risk Technology organization, including portfolio planning, management, and review; and financial management. This role also serves a strong relationship function with PMO, Finance, and ISA Business Management Office.
Major Responsibilities:
• Assess, rationalize and align RT project and application portfolios against MUFG strategy to build, communicate, and maintain technology and capabilities roadmaps.
• Work in conjunction with ARM, ISA, Head Office, and line of business organizations to identify and prioritize the RT project portfolio.
• Implement a continuous process of project pipeline, project intake, project impact, resource demands, and project executions.
• Manage and maintain the RT organization financials and attain financial goals.
• Champion, and implement a data-driven process of governance, and continuous improvement, including internal frameworks, process and procedures; internal risk management; audit support; issue triage and resolution management; metrics tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
• Drive efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and innovation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of related technology and/or strategy and planning experience. Candidate requires the following:
• Has strong management, organizational and evaluative process skills
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills
• Managed a planning team with both operational and project responsibilities in the finance industry
• Possesses a strong understanding of control systems and relevant technologies and how they interact with each other
• Can analyze complex organizational and technical issues related to technology and identifies opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships with internal partners and external vendors
