Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of facility.
• Perform day-to-day oversight and completion of work orders.
• Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors or other services providers
• Resolves problems associated with all building services including: janitorial, badging, conference rooms, workstations as well as interior and exterior furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
• Inventory and stocking of office supplies
• Maintain and organize pantry areas
• Provide support for meetings, events, and conference room reservations as needed and directed; including catering assistance, setup, breakdown and cleanup
• Prepare vacant workstations for new employees and moves
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility.
• Perform housekeeping on all facilities and their surrounding areas
• Participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations
• Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Education/training
◦ Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Years of relevant experience
◦ 1-2 years of previous experience
• Skills and knowledge
◦ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
◦ Excellent computer skills, specifically word processing and database entry and knowledge of fax and scanning machines
◦ Strong organizational and time management skills
• Physical work requirements
◦ Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
◦ Ability to spend much of the day on his/her feet
◦ Must be able to work quickly with hands and have good hand/eye coordination
