Description
Zions Bancorporation Enterprise Recruiting – onsite for Amegy Bank – is now accepting applications for an experienced Corporate Banking Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience working in a corporate recruiting and/or executive search environment with at least 2 years of experience.
Our ideal candidate exhibits ingenuity, initiative, and is a top performer in the recruiting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting for assigned client groups. This will be achieved through the execution of traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting strategies.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
• Manage high-volume, full life cycle recruiting process.
• Partner with larger remote teams, hiring managers, and other internal partners, to establish recruiting strategy for each open position and overall staffing initiatives. Ability to develop strong relationships.
• Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and that candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
• Provide expert level consultation, guidance and direction in sourcing and recruitment to Hiring Managers for mostly exempt level positions, but will recruit for some non-exempt roles.
• Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with government regulations.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions in a timely manner based on assigned time to fill metrics
• Build and maintain networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Ability to work remotely and ensure that staffing levels and needs are maintained for assigned locations in Houston and surrounding communities. May be asked to occasionally jump in and assist team in other markets as needed.
• Use applicant tracking systems, Taleo and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through on-boarding.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What you need to bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of staffing/recruiting experience, preferable with a banking or a corporate finance background.
• Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-touch environment with expert level multi-tasking abilities. Ability to multitask and re-prioritize at a moment’s notice.
• Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills, and team based project experience. Ability communicate with Executive and Senior level leadership.
• Shows initiative, commitment, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a high energy level.
• Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office and in-depth knowledge of internet research and mining candidates.
• Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting.
Preferred Experience:
• Working in a high volume, corporate financial services or retail branch banking environment.
• Exposure or experience with general HR functions.
• Experience with Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Experience using Social Media for recruiting
