• OVERVIEW
Support our client-dedicated Integrated Facilities Management team through involvement in business systems tied to financial, work order data, facility statistics, etc.
Once Data Analyst is efficient managing essential functions, the Career Plan would be to develop this position into a Contract Manager or Sourcing Specialist; pending department needs and new employee career goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Preparation and analysis of regular and ad-hoc reports
Run day to day reporting and forecasting activities
Monthly, quarterly & annual report generation
Maintain and enhance reporting
Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal and documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.
Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting and communication.
Support and implement “Best in Class” reporting.
Support team’s efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity
Support operational analysis and performance to ensure flawless execution against KPIs and other associated metrics
Work closely with and support Sourcing Group in implementing reporting routines to ensure seamless and timely service delivery
Develop and maintain positive client relationship
Conflict resolution and solution analysis
Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives
Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for reporting.
Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps and financial risks through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Analyze performance data to forecast/trend.
Support finance with reactive and adaptive budget reporting
Build transparency of Supplier spend and key risks related to our Suppliers. Lead reporting of results and opportunities.
Administer and maintain Supplier contract files to ensure compliancy and all necessary contract documentation requirements.
Ensure compliance to Sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
Manage Supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligations.
Support Sourcing Managers in standardized RFP/bid and contract processes.
Support Sourcing Managers with contract management duties
Ability to innovate new programs or processes that will benefit our Client and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Any and all other duties and tasks assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of work experience with data analysis or database management
Minimum 3 years of work experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SharePoint, PowerPivot, PowerView, SSRS)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong SQL, data cleansing, data integration skills
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications
Very strong in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Excel super user preferred)
Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability
Self-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously
Results driven – ability to analyze, act, and implement to achieve desired results
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to translate innovative ideas to help our teams and clients work smarter
Proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments
Motivated to grow and perform in a high performance organization
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strict timelines.
May solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult for other projects.
