The RELEX team in Atlanta, Georgia, is now looking for a Business Consultant whose main responsibilities will include supporting and leading different retail and supply chain planning development projects in the field of demand forecasting, space and assortment analysis, analytics and retail process development. You will take responsibility for delivering projects on time, within budget and still exceeding customer expectations. Your role can be adjusted according to your skills, interests, and experience.

Desired background
1 to 4 years of work experience in management consulting, supply chain development, category management or merchandising, software implementation and or software project management, or other relevant area
Previous experience working in the field of supply chain management, logistics, retail planning & optimization, category management, and or business analytics is considered an asset
Excellent academic record in Industrial Management, SCM, Logistics, Operations Research, Information Management or other relevant subject expertise

Experience in working with a Grocery / CPG / FMCG retailer or supplier
Experience in space and assortment planning, planogram execution, space optimization, store operations, category development, and or inventory management, replenishment, allocation.
Capability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders
Ability to understand SCM and other retail planning systems from business and IT perspectives
Ability to gather requirements, carry out process design, training and user testing support
Entrepreneurial attitude with interest towards growing the business
Outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Fluent communication skills in English, other language skills are considered a bonus.
