Sr. Analyst Strategic Customer Intelligence
Overview
• The Strategic Customer Intelligence Team focuses on building a deeper understanding of the overall businesses and strategic priorities of MasterCard’s large customers. Our mission is to help facilitate deeper and more strategic relationships between our Global Sales Teams and their key accounts and prospects.
• We develop relevant and insightful analyses of our customers’ overall businesses (i.e. not just cards and payments), including fundamentals, strategy, and industry dynamics.
• We work closely with the customer relationship managers and business development teams to help create differentiated relationships with select Mastercard clients.
• Do you have strong research, analytical, financial, and strategy skills?
• Do you have strong written and communication skills, and the ability to engage others on strategic issues?
Role
• Perform in-depth analyses of key customers and prospects across the globe, including banks and other financial institutions.
• Generate insights and points of view on relevant industry trends and developments related to the customer. Proactively gather intelligence from various primary and secondary sources, including other areas of Mastercard.
• Prepare materials and present key findings & recommendations to sales leadership and regional executives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deeper level of engagement and partnership with customers.
All About You
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Strong research and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong experience synthesizing large amounts of information and summarizing insightful findings.
• Team player with positive attitude.
