Description
Manage all business reporting and financial analysis needs for the Mid Corporate segment. Measure current performance and drive analysis of business performance metrics. Support planning and forward looking analysis. Support client profitability including HORIS and Omnia.
Responsibilities include:
Mid Corporate segment support
• Primary business finance support partner to senior segment leadership
• Manage and develop financial analysis, modeling and reporting to support business results tracking and decision-making. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and prepare metrics for local CMB and HNAH reporting.
• Support RM and business productivity metrics and measures
• Support all segment reporting and analysis including team level reporting
• Support business reviews and other strategic analysis
• Analyze TM1 financials and HORIS results. Assist in reconciling and educating the business on both views of financial results
• Assist in planning/forecasting and goaling exercises
• Measure and provide analytics on investments and key growth metrics
• Champion consistent analysis and processes across all segments. Support streamlining efforts to best support all segments to eliminate redundancies.
HORIS and Omnia Support for CMB Segments
• Support rollout and adoption of Omnia Dashboard
• Support HORIS efforts partnering with GFC team on reconciliations, mappings, and data flows. Manage HORIS sign-off requirements
• Bridge TM1 and HORIS results as required for segment analysis
• Support front office adoption of Omnia as a tool for analysis
• Partner with London on Omnia usage, requirements, and trouble shooting
Customers / Stakeholders
• The successful candidate will work collaboratively vertically, horizontally and across multiple teams. Customers and stakeholders include:
◦ Senior leaders in Middle Market and Business Banking segments
◦ CMB/GBM Business Finance teams
◦ US Finance teams including CAO, ALM and others.
◦ Global CMB finance teams.
◦ GFC teammates
Qualifications
• Minimum of fifteen years proven financial and/or business analysis experience, or equivalent, with experience managing complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, business management, related field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• Strong management, interpersonal, analytical, project management, presentation and verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, systems and reporting.
• Knowledge of CMB business and products preferred.
• Knowledge of FTP, Clearview, TM1 global cubes preferred.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced unpredictable environment with competing deadlines.
