CLA is expanding and seeking an Audit Manager / Director to join our team in the Washington, DC Metropolitan to support our Public Sector, Non Profit practice group.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Focus on engagement management and operational excellence
•Manage the day-to-day interaction and expectations of multiple engagements and staff Demonstrate leadership with engagement teams
•Support execution of engagement responsibilities
•Demonstrate personal productivity by working efficiently and effectively
•Understand the firm’s financial model and ensure profitable delivery of engagements
•Expand technical and professional knowledge through exposure to client situations, regular self-study and formal training opportunities
•Engagement in business development opportunities and achieve appropriate business development goals
•Build solid, effective client relationships
Requirements Core Competencies:

•Demonstrates technical / functional expertise, nonprofit industry knowledge, and knowledge of the firm’s capabilities
Education Requirements:
•5 years of audit experience; Non Profit experience highly desired
•Must have an active CPA license
•Ability to work in the United States indefinitely
•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in related field
