Director, MasterCard track Sales Lead
• The Mastercard Enterprise Partnerships (MEP) team, a global unit charged with collaborating with best-in-class technology partners outside the financial services sector to create transformational new products & services, has a focus on new payment and information flows and is working with best-in-class solution providers in the global business to business and trade markets to define and to build next generation informed payments and trade related services.
• MEP in conjunction with senior management have identified the B2B payments market as one in which conditions are suitable for an early implementation of the kind of integrated payment and information platform it is building with its partners.
• The MEP team requires experienced and disruptive business managers to lead, develop, deploy, manage and execute the establishment of relationships with third party B2B Networks, software and solution providers, B2B-related banking and financial institution relationships, and other third parties in order to orchestrate a value proposition that resonates with corporate buyers and corporate suppliers.

Role
• Support and help drive sales initiatives with B2B Networks, corporations, financial institutions, and other third parties on a global basis.
• Lead sales plan designs to include business development, advertising, marketing and product management activities with customers, prospects and internal Mastercard contacts to identify new business opportunities and product ideas.
• Build and maintain senior management relationships within the key partner and customer relationships.
• Communicate effectively with senior management to develop winning strategies for partners and prospects.
• Work closely with a diverse team to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within a client.
• Identify where sales support is warranted and then work with the executive leadership within each MasterCard region to align the targets for these experts sale professional with the regional overall goals.
All About You
• Understand the workings, value propositions, technologies and strengths/weaknesses of business-to-business solutions, ERP technologies, B2B Networks, SMB accounting packages and solutions, as well as ‘procure to pay’ or ‘invoice to cash’ businesses processes, including payment and non-payment technologies, value propositions, solutions, and messaging structures.
• Attain expert-level understanding of enterprise sales related to corporate identity schemas, structures, and solutions.
• Demonstrate a track record of planning, managing, organizing and closing complex, competitive sales efforts.
• Experience in delivering while working in scrappy and passionate entrepreneurial teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analysis skills and a proven track record of identifying solutions that increase revenue
• Ability to manage and grow internal and external cross functional relationships and partnerships
