We currently have an opening for a Client Relationship Executivein our Northeast Region.
CohnReznick currently has an exciting career opportunity in the Risk & Business Advisory team located in our New York City or Roseland, NJ office. We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The Client Relationship Executive (CRE) will be responsible for driving, monitoring and improving sales performance for CohnReznick’s Risk & Business Advisory national practice. Our growing Risk & Business Advisory practice encompasses an innovative team of professionals within CFO Advisory Services, Technology Risk & Cybersecurity, Business Transformation and Risk and Compliance services. In collaboration with the Office Managing Partner (OMP) and Regional Managing Partners ( RMP) as well as marketing, they set the strategic direction for business development that is aligned with the Firm’s overall strategy and market approach. A highly functioning CRE shows Leadership, Strategic Vision, and ability to innovate and collaborate with their practice unit.
Required Skills:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Advanced knowledge in the development, management and execution of sales and marketing processes including business development planning, lead generation, event planning, pipeline management, account planning management, sales/marketing strategy and development
• Understands the compensation incentive plan and strives to achieve revenue goals
• Understands the Business Development (BD) metrics and strives to achieve them
• Strong business acumen with an ability to understand and communicate CohnReznick's business, marketplace and value proposition
• Excellent project management skills
• Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Capacity to travel to the assigned offices within the region on a periodic basis to meet with business development / marketing personnel, participation in events or sales meetings, and attend regional and national meetings, as necessary
• Ability to develop business relationships with C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs), Board of Directors and referral sources (attorneys, bankers, etc.)
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Eight (8) or more years of business development experience in a professional services environment required
• Prior experience working in professional services direct sales industry or in development role at financial services firms.
• Demonstrated understanding of the sales process and drivers of sales success
• Experience within accounting firms, investment banking or private equity firms, financial consulting, business advisory services and/or banking industry preferred.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Client relationship management (CRM) experience required
• Previous experience in sales of Corporate Performance Management solutions is a plus.
