The Field Services Organization within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management focuses on the strategy and business management for our 7,000+ Field Services employees located in our nationwide branches. These employees play a critical role in delivering first class service to Morgan Stanley’s Financial Advisors and clients.

This individual will work with the Field Services Strategy & Development Officer to design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy to support the business needs of the Field Services organization.
This position will play an important role in the development of nationwide training programs, in-person meetings, and online resources. In this role, you will need to partner with key stakeholders across the organization including Field Management, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Corporate Communications and business networks.
This individual will be expected to drive meaningful solutions in all aspects of their workstreams, effectively help communicate recommendations, and implement both strategic and tactical solutions that achieve the desired business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
• Support the Field Services team in the content development, implementation and delivery of multiple training programs aligned with the Firm’s strategic objectives via in-person meetings and through e-learning platforms
• Assist with the research and/or development of training materials and relevant resources – including reviewing existing training content and identifying gaps and areas for enhancement
• Measure program effectiveness by reviewing quantitative and qualitative data and comparing results against expected performance objectives; Provide recommendations for improvement where needed
• Manage relationship with the Field Services Communications team regarding event logistics, communication plans for program launches and system set up
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners across Wealth Management, as well as internal and external stakeholders to formulate relevant and meaningful training content for Support Staff and Service Managers
• Prepare reports and presentations, as well communication plans, regarding training programs and proposals for senior management
• Provide administrative support in relation to various training & development programs and initiatives driven by the Field Services Team
• Manage queries that come in from the Field
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services industry
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to leverage available resources to work efficiently
• Exceptional writing, communication and presentation delivery skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a significant workload with various deliverable dates
• Must be a self-starter with exceptional project management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive a project to completion
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
