Job Summary:
The Standards & Procedures for Integrated Systems of the Americas (ISA) Cost Management and Control will be responsible for leading the transformation of business management across ISA. This role will support the shift in discussion from the cost of technology to the value of technology, while shifting to a focus on an efficient, robust team that fluidly supports the organization, drives change and implements controls.
Key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with ISA Management and Finance to align annual budget and resource plans to strategic business priorities and manage the plan.
• Translate ISA’s spending, consumption and capacity into meaningful perspectives for technology and business decision makers.
• Drive the implementation of an enterprise wide technology business model that focuses on aligning technology to business value, optimized spend and drives accountability.
• Support the development, implementation and ongoing execution of the IT Cost Management and Resource Planning Processes and Procedures.
• ISA Space Management.
Qualifications
To succeed this position requires an individual who can work effectively with colleagues across the ISA organization to achieve a desired result efficiently.

• Possess 8+ years of experience ideally within Financial Services or Technology Industries.
• Possess excellent Interpersonal skills.
• Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Possess strong analytical skills.
• Have a strong attention to detail.
• Possess budget management experience.
• Have earned a 4 year college degree or equivalent.
