A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
• · Responsible for the coordination of all ServiceLink Title products.
• · Communicate with vendors and internal staff and outside agencies to facilitate all title issues.
• · Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion
• · Process orders in accordance with ServiceLink and client requirements

DETAILED JOB DUTIES
• Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion
• Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner
• Process orders in accordance with ServiceLink and client requirements
• Search with easements and restrictions, Property Report Search, Deed Copy Search, Updates, Mortgage Recordings with or without a bring down
• Review vendor performance reports
• Efficiency with internal software programs
• All other duties assigned by management
• Maintain open communication with team members and team leader
• Develop relationships with our vendors and our co-workers
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Practical work experience within real estate industry
• Product knowledge inclusive of, but not limited to: Full Title Search, Institutional Lender Search, Institutional Lender Search with easements and restrictions, Property Report Search, Deed Copy Search, Updates, Mortgage Recording with or without bring down.
• Proven customer service skills
• Proficiency with personal computers
WORK CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Over time required as necessary.
