Designs and develops business intelligence solutions in support of the Retail Banking organizational objectives. Develops robust financial models, reporting and analytics to gain insights into flows of funds, multidimensional profitability, customer behaviors and trends.
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for design and delivery of dynamic reporting and analytical tools to drive business decisions of the Retail Banking organization with focus on deposit portfolio growth, products and services optimization, performance against established goals, marketing efficiency and customer behavior analytics. Successful candidate will seek and develop innovative solutions to improve existing reporting and analytical capabilities. Performs data mining and analysis, identifies patterns and trends, and provides new insights to the business. Communicates results and makes recommendations to senior management. Responsible for data cleansing and ensuring information integrity. Primary development environment includes SQL Server Relational Database, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Integration Services and Advanced Excel.
Qualifications
Additional Information:
Strong experience in business intelligence, financial modeling and management reporting; Superior analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills; Banking industry experience a plus; Deep understanding of Relational and Multi-Dimensional OLAP databases, data modeling and business intelligence technologies; Advanced skills in SQL Server Database, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), XMLA, MDX, T-SQL, Visual Studio, Oracle PL/SQL, VBA; Tableau, Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills. Reports to Managing Director, Retail Deposit Portfolio Management
