The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Polandwhich is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
Business Training Coordinator
Business Training Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, developing, managing and leading training initiatives across Warsaw Fund Accounting Department.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting Fund Accounting and Capital Market knowledge trainings
• Proposing engaging learning activities, absorbing course content and programs that increase systems knowledge, develop skill set, and ensure best practice is applied across FA Department
• Creating training materials/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, etc.)
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure that best practice is understood
• Managing and developing operational needs analysis and timeline
• Securing appropriate resources, executing tasks, and regularly communicating programs status
• Monitoring and evaluating training progress across all teams within FA Department
• Facilitating systems and process materials as needed
• Closely coordinating with FA Managers and Head of FA during onboarding of new processes/clients
• Analysing training needs
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Degree in Finance / Business / Accounting or similar
• Proven work experience in a fund administration operational role
• Fluency in English
• Track record in devising operational effectiveness strategies, overseeing their implementation and assessing their outcomes
• Familiarity with FA Systems (Multifonds, HiPort, SPIDER etc.)
• Attention to detail, ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Good project management skills
• Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active approach: seeking progress and seeking success
• Be able to take responsibility and resolve issues as they arise
