Specific areas of focus include global footprint and network design, product innovation and development, sales and operations planning, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing operations, service operations, logistics, and capital programs.
Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 7
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Degree(s) Preferred: Master's degree or Doctorate
Certification(s) Preferred: APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, ISM CSM, or ISC CPSD
Knowledge Preferred:
Candidates should have extensive knowledge of operations management including operationalizing business strategies and transforming the value chain functions from product development through supply chain, manufacturing, and product support.
Extensive experience in Operations Strategy and Transformation, Product Innovation and Development, Supply and Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Service Operations, Manufacturing and/or Logistics is preferred.

and success to lead large or multiple teams through the design and implementation of people, process and technology changes, including:
-Building solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive teamwork environment, lead teams to generate a vision, leverage diverse views, and help develop and grow team members throughout the course of every engagement.
-Exhibiting capability in thought leadership, emphasizing new business development and project extensions, including client lead maturation, proposal development, and close.
-Managing and delivering significant business results that reflects strategic and creative thinking, individual initiative and the following abilities:
-Developing a business vision and leading complex projects while functioning at the highest levels of client organizations;
-Identifying
and addressing client needs: build, maintain, and utilize networks of client relationships; manage resource requirements, project workflow and budgets;
-Communicating complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences;
-Conducting and directing quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data.
Extensive proven abilities and success performing with system applications that support the following processes:
product lifecycle management, network optimization, planning/forecasting, merchandising, inventory management, sourcing/e-sourcing, maintenance, enterprise asset management, materials management, warehouse management, or transportation management preferred. Specific providers could include SAP, Oracle, Manugistics, Manhattan Associates, JDA, Red Prairie, SmartOps, and/or Primavera.
