Job Description
Position is responsible for conducting complex data analyses to support Acquisition Marketing Strategies, primarily through Digital channels. Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to track and analyze digital acquisition campaign results and provide targeting and offer recommendations. Candidate should develop practical solutions with a bias towards quickly taking advantage of opportunities that exist today while working toward execution of longer term strategic goals.
• Provide ongoing analytical support for multiple digital channels potentially including Paid Search, SEO, Site Experience Testing, Offline mail to Digital, Display, Email, Social
• Position acts as subject matter expert by providing advice to management, clients and business partners on the effective use of analytical methodologies and industry developments, particularly those related to online acquisition measurement, marketing attribution, and competitive insights.
• Position helps drive acquisition analytic strategy to help business partners achieve volume, usage, and profitability goals. Manages and executes acquisition analysis through a combination of hands on execution, management of offshore analytic project delivery, and agency interaction.
• Establish and maintain a thorough understanding of the statistical and business impact of key variables on online account acquisition and post-acquisition behavior. Proactively identify trends or developments that may impact business plans or performance or which may represent opportunities. Establish digital dashboards for KPIs.
• Position advances internal teams analytic expertise, capability, and execution deployment
Requirements:
• MS in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
• 3+ years of applied analytic experience. Experience with Digital Advertising and financial industy. Experience with consumer targeting and segmentation and behavioral profiling, campaign performance evaluation, profitability tracking. Experience working with external analytic vendors and media agencies.
• Proficiency with analytic tools (SAS, SQL, R, Hadoop/Hive/Pig & Big Data, etc.)
• Working knowledge of digital advertising industry, tools, and capabilities (AdWords, DoubleClick, Adobe Analytics, Java script page tagging, pixeling, etc.)
• Proficiency with MS office Suite
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills across organization and leadership levels
