Group Management Consulting
By focusing on detailing and executing the strategy of the Bank, the Group Management Consulting (Inhouse Consulting) team plays a key role in turning the vision of Deutsche Bank Group into reality.
The team reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and supports the bank's senior management in detailing and executing the strategy of Deutsche Bank. At locations in Frankfurt, London, Singapore and New York, our project teams take responsibility for leading and executing high impact strategic initiatives, in partnership with all stakeholders in an international environment.
The project portfolio covers areas that apply to the entire Group as well as issues specific to the business divisions and infrastructure functions. From leading and executing high impact strategic initiatives to reorganization/restructuring measures and end-to-end process optimization, we ensure project success from conception to final implementation.

Position Overview
Key responsibilities:
• Leading key management projects for Deutsche Bank Group
• Managing, developing and evaluating internal employees and/ or professional management of external advisors within projects
• End-to-end ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery of projects; defining project-solving procedures to be used
• Preparing and executing steering committees
• Assuming responsibility and playing an active, decisive role in further developing the division, researching issues and developing best practices and methods
You will have:
• Bachelors degree or above with excellent academic track record
• Minimum 5 years experience of consulting and project work, ideally in the financial services industry
• Experience in managing colleagues and project teams
• Experience in project management as well as in preparing and delivering client presentations
• Excellent client and service focus, as well as absolute confidence in working with decision-makers from all levels of the organization
• Experience in planning and implementing corporate change processes
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems; ability to develop creative and structured solutions
• High level of personal initiative and commitment
• Ability to work at the highest quality level under time pressure
