Responsibilities:
-Work closely with sales management, internal desk partners, investment teams and field colleagues to promote the distribution and retention of MSIM managed investment products across the RIA & Bank Trust market within a designated region.
-Develop a business plan which focuses on client segmentation and territory travel to efficiently cover your key clients and prospects while delivering the resources of the firm.
-Operate with a consultative approach of identifying client needs and aligning with MSIM Capabilities.
-Network with key COI's within your designated region and at selected industry conferences as needed to promote the Capabilities and Branding of MSIM.
-Partner with colleagues across the broader Morgan Stanley enterprise to both provide and receive referrals supporting opportunities across the firm.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree
-Series 7, 63
-Series 65/66(preferred)
-Clean U4
-10 years minimum financial services experience
-5 years minimum RIA and/or Bank Trust experience
-Strong Capital Markets Knowledge
-CFA, CIMA, CPWA, CFP a plus
-Must reside within designated region
