JOB DESCRIPTION

We help take the guesswork out of important People decisions, supporting efforts to improve operational and financial results.
POSITION/PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 12
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Mathematics, Public Policy, Statistics or Organizational Development.
Certification(s) Required: One of the following is required:
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or a Masters (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Health related, Human Resources, Mathematics, Public Policy, Statistics or Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Personnel Psychology).
Degree Preferred: Master's degree in a quantitative field, (Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data sciences).
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts the following areas:
• Working in an analytics, business intelligence, data mining or organization development function within a consulting organization and/or a large company.
Demonstrates an extensive level of knowledge and experience working with complex modeling based on employee data and quantitative
statistical analysis.
Demonstrates a thorough level of understanding and experience working with statistical software, SQL and data visualizations software.
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates an extensive ability to problem-solve, including the ability to clearly define problems, collect data (primary and secondary), establish facts, draw valid conclusions and influence others to implement recommendations,
Demonstrates an extensive level of ability working with and leading multiple projects, with a demonstrated initiative in starting, managing and completing multiple concurrent projects
Demonstrates an extensive level of ability in advanced research and analysis, as well as program, project, and process management.
Demonstrates an extensive level of ability in presenting information, including the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to leadership using extensive oral communication and interpersonal abilities.
