Position Overview
The COO Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is responsible for addressing information security risks to the Deutsche Bank global IT real estate. We are focused on delivering a multi-layered “defense in depth” approach to ensuring Deutsche Bank's information assets are adequately protected. As part of this approach, we use large, globally distributed Big Data applications such as Splunk or Hadoop data lakes to Discover, Detect, and Disrupt cyber threats.
The Project/Business Management Specialist (P/BMS) is responsible for ensuring the execution of activities from the wide range of Business Management tasks, either directly responsible for task execution or indirectly responsible via the efforts of other team members. The P/BMS’ responsibilities may include all or some of the following, financial planning and business forecasting, reporting output quality and performance metrics, ensuring satisfactory infrastructure and control function service level delivery and supplier sourcing and pricing negotiations. In addition, the Business Management Specialist may be responsible for analyzing the impact of changes and evaluating the corresponding changes to cost and the impact to the forecast. The Business Management Specialist is responsible for defining, implementing and continuously improving policies, processes and procedures that deliver consistent and reliable products and services. The Business Management Specialist may oversee the work of Lead Business Management Analysts and/ or Business Management Analysts.
Essential Skills:
• Communication (verbal & written)
• Ability to tailor content based on target audience
• Ability to operate across complex organizations and interface with various levels of leadership throughout
• Budget Management (i.e. forecasting, Basis of Estimates, cost standards, etc.)
• Data manipulation expertise using MS Excel
• Data reconciliation
Technical Skills and Certifications:
• MS Office Suite – to include MS Project
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
Desirable Skills and Certifications:
• PMP
• Experience working on cybersecurity projects
Language Required:
• English

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline (Preferred)
