We Offer
The Assistant Vice President – Tax Compliance has responsibility for the preparation of the federal pro-forma tax returns for inclusion in the Credit Suisse Consolidated federal and state income tax returns.
You will prepare state and local separate state income and franchise tax returns.
You will generate responses to IDR's issued by federal and state tax examiners.
You will produce and reconcile SALT apportionment data for relevant Business divisions.
You will set-up federal proformas for inclusion in Federal Consolidated tax return.
You will calculate and prepare quarterly estimated payments and year end extension requests.
You will prepare separate tax returns for assigned Business divisions.
You will prepare assigned unitary combined tax returns.
You will arrange IRS IDR responses and work with the federal audit manager.
You will put together SALT IDR responses and collaborate with the state audit manager.
You will answer state and local tax notices for assigned tax returns and provide SALT modifications.

You Offer
You have 3-6 years’ experience in the Tax system, including tax process re-engineering, with 2-4 years Tax Accounting and Compliance experience.
Preferred: You have a CPA / MST (Masters in Science - Tax Degree).
You have strong Microsoft Excel skills.
You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Access and the ability to write SQL queries.
