Cardmember Acquisition is the largest investment in American Express’ Global Consumer Services Group. The Enterprise Digital Application & Platform (EDAP) team is a core part of cardmember acquisition, having responsibility for creating world class digital experiences to drive increased acquisitions.
The Analyst, Marketing position will support the EDAP team to ensure maximum value of the lean portfolio management plan. The candidate will work with leaders across business units to help ensure alignment, execution and communication of the overarching strategy and ensure it is aligned with business priorities and budgets.
Responsibilities include:
• Designs and manages internal and external surveys and results.
• Develops and manages internal communications (emails, memos, and newsletters) to and from senior leadership.
• Manages marketing content for the portfolio (includes posters, videos, and training materials).
• Drafts content on our intranet site.
• Supports the coordination of presentations, trainings, and workshops.
• Fosters relationships with our internal business partners.
• Consults with the team and subject matter experts for ideas and content review.
• Utilizes critical thinking to solve complex problems.
• Serves as an engagement contact for inquiries about the portfolio and requests for information.
• Measures and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to draw insights and make recommendations on how to improve employee engagement and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in communications
• Excellent presentation skills
• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to effectively adapt under changing conditions and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Hard-working and self-motivated
• Project management skills a plus
• Marketing experience a plus
• Experience with product development, agile, software engineering, or digital acquisition is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or other related field an asset
