Primary responsibilities include managing enterprise marketing analytics and marketing automation programs. Work with marketing and business peers to establish measurement programs based on core business objectives. Develop and implement these programs in wide variety of digital marketing assets. Create, share and optimize reports that effectively illustrate value or impact of marketing initiatives against business objectives. Lead maturation of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging marketing automation capabilities. Consult with peers and stakeholders on strategies and tactics to maximize value from digital and print assets, integrating content strategy to support a nurturing program to drive qualified leads into sales organization. Evangelize the use of business driven metrics in terms of measuring traffic to key assets, user conversion actions, and lead the team in interpreting these metrics to demonstrate value of marketing campaigns and to assist organization in making informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and continuously optimize our digital marketing measurement strategy in partnership with marketing program leaders. Day-to-day management of web analytics system to ensure tracking, reporting and analytics are functioning optimally. Analyze performance from all elements of marketing campaigns and programs to provide business insights as well as recommendations for changes. Develop and optimize metrics reports in alignment with KPIs on initiative level. Educate peers and business stakeholders on how to interpret reports and individual metrics to ensure alignment on business goals and tangible results marketing initiatives.
Leverage marketing automation technology and industry best practices to support marketing team in developing integrated and measureable marketing campaigns. Partner with marketing program managers, business stakeholders and technologists to optimize email marketing initiatives and leverage company’s content strategy to nurture and track engagement with key customer groups. Educate peers and stakeholders on capabilities of marketing automation and lead integration of capabilities into marketing programs.
Serve as subject matter expert within project teams to lead delivery of effective measurement of all online marketing initiatives to ensure maximum business value and ensure alignment and integration with other online marketing activities across the enterprise.
Prepare for, respond to and coordinate project-related compliance/audit activities.
Qualifications
Education: Four year college degree or the combination of education and/or relevant experience.
5+ years experience in digital marketing analysis within a marketing organization or interactive or advertisin agency. Two years project management experience preferred.
Experienced in use of industry leading web analytics suites (i.e. Google Analytics, WebTrends, CoreMetrics, Omniture), and email marketing and automation solutions (i.e. Silverpop, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.).
Experienced in developing digital marketing campaigns leveraging automation techniques, including email, surveys, collateral content.
Experience integrating traditional and digital marketing and advertising programs with measurable results.
Knowledgeable in paid search best practices and leading venues (i.e. Google AdWords)
Experience in search engine optimization, click path analysis, conversion ratio management, A/B testing techiniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills- consulting experience preferred
Experience with print and online marketing materials production; Web development concepts and authoring tools.
