Analyst, Learning & Development
Overview
• Accountable for program design, development and support for learning & development initiatives for our Staff Functions- Law and Franchise Integrity, Finance, Global Business Services Center, and Human Resources. Learning programs/products include employee training and development (i.e. building functional and professional skills and capabilities)
• Scales programs/products for local implementation in all geographies
• Will support curation of digital learning experiences and professional skills content
• Supports build out of learning paths and coordination with functional learning teams
• Provides support to other learning and development teams as capacity allows
Role
• Responsible for designing and curating content for learning program development and implementation in order to ensure the end-to-end delivery of high quality, simple, relevant and impactful learning programs and experiences, under the leadership of the Staff Functions learning consultant
• Assists in managing the design, development, updating, response and alignment of social elements and pathways to evolve a one-stop-shop destination for new employees.
• Coordinates with vendors, HR teams, and business to ensure program delivery is on time within designated channels and parameters (technology, budget, timelines)
• Collaborates with global learning and HR partners, business experts and vendors to execute instructional design, content development, program delivery and facilitation.
• Implements and manages pilots to test, validate and optimize global and local impact before launching full scale programs.
• Manages assigned vendor relationships to ensure quality program delivery; recommend and evaluate potential vendor partnerships to make preliminary recommendations.
• Advises and consults on tactical and operational strategies, including learning needs assessment, planning meetings, scoping, establishing success metrics, data analysis, business outcomes, and consumer experience strategies.
• Assists in the development of learning engagement and learning effectiveness surveys, directing implementation and post-implementation measurement to identify progress against set goals.
• Reports on the outcomes of programs and solutions, focusing on practical design and delivery options, capacity planning and management factors, participant engagement strategies, and consumer experience and outcome metrics.
• Responsible for workshop logistics (e.g., handling, facilities management, catering, deliverable creation and distribution etc.)
All About You
• Experience with designing, developing, managing, marketing and measuring global learning and development programs via multiple delivery channels (e.g. ILT, e-learning, virtual, blended, etc.) ideally in a global, tech savvy, and innovative organization.
• Collaborative multitasker skilled at working with teams, cooperating across networks, coordinating with vendors and key internal stakeholders on learning & development program implementation.
• Strong communicator and facilitator with executive presence; a true storyteller who is credible and influential with employees at every level.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and get things done; knows how to work hard and smart.
• Highly curious and creative; stays aware of relevant best practices and external trends to identify new and creative ways to engage employees.
• Design thinker who understands experience design with an eye and hand for creating visually stunning and engaging content within our brand standards (icons, tiles, decks, page design etc.)
