What You Need To Know
The Human Resources Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our sales organization. The role provides partnership and guidance to leaders to support the strategy around onboarding, organizational design, talent and performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations to deliver business solutions and services.
• Gains understanding of business goals and strategies to provide relevant insight and HR actions to support overall business objectives
• Consults with leaders to provide analysis and recommendations in areas such as talent acquisition and management, organizational assessment, performance management, organizational structure, and change management
• Focuses on building relationships with internal customers and providing strong customer service
• Drives HR functional excellence and continuous improvement
• Proactively provides support in recruiting efforts and onboarding of new hires
• Facilitates and processes changes to employee contracts and records in collaboration with department management
• Resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Provides policy guidance and interpretation
• Maintains Human Resources Information System (HRIS) records and compiles reports from database
• Ensures compliance with local/state/federal laws, regulations, and company policies
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned
What We Are Looking For
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong character and commitment to the mission and values of the organization
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent presentation skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, able to juggle multiple tasks at once
Even Better
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
