Responsibilities:
• Work closely with operations manager and facility maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and complete execution of preventive maintenance work orders
• Planning process duties include:
• Understanding work order tasks
• Understanding time estimates and adjust as needed
• Assist in material determination and availability
• Work order follow-up until successful completion
• Convert maintenance requests into SAP / 360 corrective work orders and schedule appropriately depending on the task
• Printing of preventive maintenance and corrective work orders
• Understand and review SAP/JLL standard reports and provide status updates as required
• Understand KPI metrics and drive to complete them as required
• Update SAP master data for continuous improvement and accuracy
• Work with SAP transactional data and support business process
• Willing and able to expand knowledge in SAP / 360 facility maintenance
• Biopharma/Medical device experience preferred
• Vendor Management experience preferred
• Conduct meetings with team members, supervisors as needed
Education/Training:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• SAP Training in plant/facility maintenance / SAP superuser a plus
Skills/ Qualifications:
• SAP PM System experience working with work order execution and preventive maintenance planning
• Knowledge and comfortable working with SAP for continuous improvement tasks; master data updates – task list, items, plans and scheduling
• Facility maintenance background which includes understanding of HVAC components, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems a plus
