About the Team:
With the goal of becoming the foundation of our pre-sale operations, the Media Solutions team will support client partnerships by developing performance-driving plans and proposals as well as set up our media programs for success.

What You'll Do:
• Develop strategic, performance-driven media plans + proposal for R29’s top West Coast Clients (including Amazon & Facebook) & New Business
• Distill your client’s brief to understand how R29 can best deliver on their media / marketing objectives & strategies
• Work with our editorial and creative teams to ideate on best-in-class custom ideas for your clients
• Build strategic client presentations
• Own the room & pitch your recommendation to clients with confidence
• Execute all communication during pre to post hand-off process internally by routing paperwork and briefing in your post-sale counterparts team on client expectations as laid out in the contract
• Build profitable P&L for all deals
• Throughout each campaign be a consistent presence & common thread through pre-to-post.
• Set up media for launch by gathering client assets, objectives, etc. in partnership with Ad Ops so media objectives are met
• Assist your Client Director in prospecting new clients for R29
• Travel to client offices across West Coast
What You Have:
• Experience with digital media, media planning at agency, client or publisher
• Great presentation skills
• Experience working with clients and building strong client relationships
• Foundational media knowledge & comfortable with numbers
• Creative visionary, have worked with custom content
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Management experience leading a individuals or a team of individuals
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Fluent in Keynote & Excel
