The Product Manager co-leads the vision and execution of best-in-class digital customer experiences and effective internal tools and systems that increase operational efficiencies at the project level.
Reporting to a senior product management professional, you will leverage research to uncover root customer or business needs and translate them into innovative product strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features to be executed within your projects. As a product manager, you will be able to inspire business partners and delivery team members to endorse your product vision from inception to launch. You will also be accountable for defining, driving, and reporting on financial and KPI goals.

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Have 2+ years of digital product management or industry experience
• Have demonstrated experience working on front end and back end features
• Have demonstrated ability to translate customer (internal and external) needs into innovative products and features that help them achieve their goals
• Clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Can be successful as part of a small team composed of UX designers, project managers, front-end/back-end engineers in an agile/lean software environment
• Are an excellent communicator, problem-solver and analyst Have the ability to prioritize and manage workload with multiple deadlines Are highly organized in dealing with multiple tasks with fanatical attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills and an ability to think steps ahead
Nice to Have:
• Worked in e-commerce, specifically retail Experience with iOS/Android platforms
• Experience with financial modeling
• Experience as a product owner in an agile (SCRUM) environment
