The Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition (AVP, TA) is an integral part of developing a world class Talent Acquisition team. The mission of the TA Center of Expertise (COE) is to deliver results by hiring the right people, at the right time for the right position. As an Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition, you will be accountable for the overall success of a team within the TA COE; this includes defining the vision, strategy, and goals, ensuring the execution of all projects, and driving & delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and lead a world class Talent Acquisition team within the TA COE by providing ongoing development, mentoring, and learning experiences
• Create and implement best-in-class Talent Acquisition strategies to meet business goals and objectives
• Build strong, trusting relationships with business leaders and internal clients
• Ensure the Talent Acquisition team has the appropriate skills, tools and processes to drive and deliver results
• Work in collaboration with TA Senior Leadership to expand global support model
Position Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive professional experience, with a minimum of 7 years in Talent Acquisition
• Demonstrated success leading a large team in a matrixed, fast paced environment
• The ability to partner with business leaders and gain respect as a trusted recruiter and leader
• Strong leadership, relationship building and influencing skills
• The ability to manage talent to achieve core role responsibilities and drive results
• Proven history of developing and driving Talent Acquisition strategies to meet business goals and objectives
• The ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic and creative thinking ability
• Flexible and agile, with the ability to work in the grey
• Driven, passionate and focused to deliver results
