Overview
The Assistant Manager, Global Brand Management will play an important role in helping to plan, execute and track strategic marketing initiatives for the brand, including Global cross-category programs and Global pilot programs in East Asia.
The Assistant Manager, Global Brand Management must demonstrate the following qualities:

Responsibilities
Brand Management
• Support the development of Global Brand Communication strategies and plans.
• Lead continuous competitive analysis and come up with actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrate deep consumer understanding that influences strategic business decision.
• Identify and share best practices across the Global Marketing organization while growing capabilities within the team.
Initiative Management
• Lead critical components and support Director with planning and execution of strategic initiatives, setting clear goals and deliverables in partnership with Global/Regional teams.
• Manage day-to-day operations on all aspects of the initiatives, identifying potential risks/problems, coming up with solutions and implementing them in an effective manner.
• Develop presentations and materials for Senior Management as well as internal conferences with Regional Marketing Leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Closely track project budget and CPS and trouble shoot (complex) issues as they arise.
Cross-Functional Partnerships
• Support Director to work across a multi-functional task force team to ensure alignments and excellence in execution – delivering the initiative assets to the Regions on time.
• Lead on-going support and communication on initiative updates, working closely with key stakeholders including CVM, PR, Creative, Project Management, Regional teams, etc.
Business Analytics
• Complex Business & Financial Analysis, assisting in regular brand business reviews with custom data pulls to identify business drivers and hampers.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years related work experience or Master’s Degree without post graduate work experience.
• Poise and professionalism to interact with varying levels of management in cross-functional teams including Creative, PR, Creative Visual Merchandising, Digital, CRM, Merchandising, Global Education, and Regional Marketing.
• Exceptional organizational and critical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Strong communication, writing, analytical and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and understanding of regional differences.
• Flexibility to work with international time zones and scheduling of conference calls.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience of working in categories where executional excellence is valued (e.g. Luxury Goods, Beauty and Hospitality).
• Fluency in a foreign language relevant to Tiffany or International background. Understanding of Chinese and/or Japanese culture and language preferred.
