GENERAL FUNCTION
Manages planning & execution of loyalty program in North America with close collaboration with Milan CRM team and local NA Retail Brand Marketing team.
The manager will be responsible for interpreting data to shape effective campaigns including creative development, targeting, offer selection, and reporting, through all aspects of 1-1 marketing. The manager is also responsible for ensuring that the campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for executing the email strategy & program execution for Retail & E-commerce within a consumer-centric contact strategy in North America
• Managess planning of experiences, sweepstakes for members and content capture to tell story of experience over email and online.
• Plans and manages email calender to support E-commerce, Retail & Brand stakeholders alike to create relevant messages aligned with updated, creative messages
• Interprets data provided by campaign analytics team into all aspects of 1-1 marketing and campaign execution, including creative development, targeting, offer selection, and reporting
• Collaborate daily with diverse stakeholders in Milan & North America across planning, creative/technical development to execute campaigns in a timely and budgeted manner
• Prepare updated recommendations based on the data interpretation and results to impact future campaigns
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Retail Experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel
