This role will support a brand in helping to achieve their online sales targets. In this role you will get exposure to many facets of Ecommerce including email marketing, retailer.com business, site merchandising, Quality Assurance (QA), design, etc. Candidate should be highly organized, meticulous, and extremely comfortable with data entry, excel, QA & multi-tasking. A passion for online and the beauty industry is a must. Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external teams as well & strong attention to detail is also a must.
Key Responsibilities:
SITE / DATABASE SUPPORT
•Oversee and monitor product inventory daily including out of stock items and arrival of new product launches – ensuring updates are made in a timely manner and communicating updates to external & internal teams
•Manage all new product setup including gathering of product details/images/copy updates to enter into in product database
•Active merchandizing of the site to support Ecommerce Associate to ensure a best-in-class customer experience - ie removing sold out items, re-merchandizing older products, removing seasonal copy that is out dated etc.
•Managing the creation and set up of the master data worksheet– which is used to build the site in the product database each season. (With oversight from the Ecommerce Assoc.)
•Assist with QA of site & QA promotional offers – ensuring high quality user experiences
•Support Ecommerce Associate in site refresh process & small updates with engineers
•Assist with weekly/monthly reporting and other critical reports like inventory tracking, samples forecasting report, offer redemption reporting etc.
NORTH AMERICA MARKETING SUPPORT
•Manage set up of offer codes and offer testing for all promotional campaigns
•Management promotional samples: Monitor samples inventory, manage all new sample set up in database, liaison closely with North America Ecommerce team on promotions to ensure accuracy.
•Manage updates all ongoing and future promotions in promotional calendars
•Act as liaison to Online Customer Service team with regards to customer issues/comments, as well as keeping the Customer Service team apprised of updates in marketing calendar/promotions
•Manage all kitting requests of online sets and set up of SKU’s in product database
•Support QA of email tests
•Assist in organizing & upload of assets for all retailer partners.
•Support with QA of retailer.com sites with oversight from the Retail.com Ecommerce Assoc.
•Admin support: ordering from staples, setting up meetings, writing meeting recaps.
Qualifications:
•Strong interest in the beauty industry
•Experience with online /eCommerce and/or marketing is a plus – but not required
•1+ years office experience
•Strong communicator, highly organized, strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a face pace environment. Embraces both big picture objectives and follows-through on details
•Excellent at working toward a deadline, keeping projects on track. Positive, committed attitude.
