Overview
SkinCeuticals is looking for a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented digital candidate to join the DMI digital team focusing on e-commerce, content-only websites, and e-retailers. S/he will be responsible for driving the e-commerce acceleration for SkinCeuticals globally. S/he must have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and project manage effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines to successfully bring projects to life.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic guidelines and recommendation to support key business objectives, product launches and set goals
Establish global technology solution or partnership opportunities for key digital channels, setting global consistency and cost effective solutions
Align with key markets to ensure local goals are being considered and supported
Content development including video, imagery, copy tailored per digital channel (e-commerce websites, content websites, mobile, and e-retailer)
Set and track against global digital KPIs and digital goals
Management of DMI Digital Budget
Partner with the all Markets to provide support, guidance and best practices to drive their local digital strategies, brand presence & marketing plans
Monitor digital landscape, proving timely and relevant news, trends, competitive analysis and best practices to drive new ideas for brand in markets
Brief, manage routing process, and deliver the master websites updates in support of product launches, animations, and new developments
Coordinate content, functionality, and testing for new e-commerce website developments
Work with zone team and marketing teams to ensure all deadlines are met according to the roadmap
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
• Strong aesthetic sense and good grasp of website functionalities
Outgoing personality and be a strong communicator
Independent worker and able to deliver within tight timelines
Good sense of initiative and strong in follow-up skills
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
At least three years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge of Confluence/JIRA or other project management systems
Knowledge of Sales Force Commerce Cloud (Demandware) platform a plus
Proactive; ability to self-manage projects, high level of organization
Excellent written, analytical and communication skills
Excellent project and time management skills; ability to effectively multi-task in deadline-oriented environment
Analytical proficiency and willingness to learn
